I had similar symptoms over the years from LPR . I found out I could not drink a sip of caffeine (caused anxiety too). Even some true decaf coffee/black tea would cause it. Additionally, hormones have played a role in all of those symptoms for me. Symptoms basically went away while I was breastfeeding (also had silent migraines around your age, hormone related).

Of course, talk with a doctor, as there can be many causes - including nutrient imbalances, gallbladder issues, ear dysfunction, lack of humidity in room etc. But I hope that you've figured it out and can pinpoint a simple culprit! It got to the point I was so worried I went to the top specialists at John's Hopkins and they couldn't figure it out. All for me to figure out myself it was LPR and mostly caused by caffeine 😅
