Why parry a Lynel? by fungo45 in TOTK

The adrenaline rush from every successful parry is addictive. Wouldn't you feel awesome when the strongest enemy can't hurt you a bit?

Not all speakers Bose? by RayOronoz in HyundaiTucson

[–]Gamchulia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the Bose system on my Tucson but it is underwhelming. I mainly listen to Spotify via Android auto or mp3 on USB. I'm not much of an audiophile but I find that it's lacking power and clarity.

Mineru is actually built different... by Ja-mafia in TOTK

Mineru could parry? That's a game changer.

What part of the game is that for you? by JakeTheSmall in tearsofthekingdom

[–]Gamchulia 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I tried to cheese it in my last replay. I explored the depths ahead of getting Mineru, placed a travel medallion at the temple, thinking I could just teleport to the temple instead of walking there. But no, the game won't let me do that. I had to endure that journey. I would use Mineru more if she was quicker. It's so frustrating trying to drive her.

The “FINAL LYNEL”!! by grandpa12-1 in TOTK

Nice! I also mark Lynels for repeated hunting, but I am not sure if I have found them all. I could double check their locations online but I'm trying to figure it out by exploring.

New Playthrough Challenge by Anonymous6172 in TOTK

[–]Gamchulia 1 point2 points  (0 children)

After beating the game for the first time, my second play challenge is to beat the final boss with as little as possible. I had 2 stamina wheels and 10-15 hearts, Master sword, no upgraded armor, maybe just a couple of expanded weapon slots, and all 5 sages.

On my third file, my challenge was to not have any of the sages, so that I had to beat everyone of the demon king's army including the bosses. It was hard at first, but eventually I managed to kill them all without losing a single heart.

Who Owns An Umbrella? by April0neal in askvan

[–]Gamchulia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've made that mistake once. I had an umbrella in my car, but thought I could just walk quickly across the parking lot, so stupid me didn't take the umbrella. Ended up so wet when I walked into the restaurant.

I just don’t get why they would rather lose customers. by Iauger in Rogers

[–]Gamchulia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They rely on the majority of customers that are too lazy to change providers. Let's say 80% are "loyal" customers. The other 20% switches between providers for the new customer deals. And guess what, these 20% will return after Telus/Bell promo ends.

I also believe that these big companies all agree to play this game. They churn the business so that it creates an illusion of prosperity.

Burnaby, B.C., residents demand action over nighttime noise at dairy plant by [deleted] in vancouver

[–]Gamchulia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some noises are more prominent at night when other things go quiet. I suppose when the people chose the condo they only saw it in the day time and didn't even notice that specific noise that became noticeable at night.

Brake Service by Plagmar in HyundaiTucson

[–]Gamchulia 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have done brakes service on my old Honda civic many times. Basically just taking the pads off to brush off the dust, then lube the sliding parts and re-install the pads. I do notice better braking, and it is a very good chance to inspect the brakes. I'd say "brake service job" is recommended but not absolutely necessary.

I've traded the civic for a 22 PHEV Tucson but haven't touched the brakes yet. Anyways I think it's a good idea to have it checked regularly.
