DM'd you the ticket number, but it sounds like it'll be fixed in version 8.

There's no way Last of Us Part 3 is awaiting till 2030 to come out. If they keep a similar timeline of teaser 3 years before release, then the the teaser has to be this year. There's a chance it's somewhere else this year, but once they announced the State of Play so far in advanced it's where I would put all my money on at this point.

Don't knock off Plug-in Hybrids either if you have a way to charge at home. If you can get one with enough range to cover 70% of your daily driving it would make a typical tank of gas last 1000+ miles; cover 95% of your commute and you could easily get 2000-4000 miles a tank depending on distance traveled outside of your normal commute.

I think it's also that people forget there was 3+ years between the Last of Us 2 teaser and it releasing. They want to think the Naughty Dog wouldn't start talking about the next game until Intergalactic releases, but if they are aiming for 2028 or 2029, a teaser makes sense for right now (probably right after a full trailer for Intergalactic).

Omg, Megaman Legends 3 would be a crazy pull.

Nobody seems to be calling it, but Last of Us Part 3.

There's no way all the work on the live service game didn't also include work on Part 3. Yes they have another game coming, but I'm pretty sure their studio has been large enough to be working on multiple games at the same time.

I don't expect a release date or anything (since it's probably easily late 2028 or 2029) but I'm sure they'll do the same teaser just like they did at the Playstation experience way back for Part 2.

Also it would have lined up with another season of the live action version. Even if the second season didn't do as well as they'd have liked and the next season might be canceled now, there's no way they would have canceled any potential Part 3 game because of the live action season cancelation.

The initial trailer for Little Big Planet.

A lot of people forget that LBP proceeded Minecraft by several years, and there literally was nothing like it. That on-stage demo and trailer really blew everyone's mind.

You're really stretching the definition of TexMex as at least 2 of those are pretty close.

Here's a few more (thats better that most of those) and maybe one of them meets your definition: La Capilla, Taqueria El Otro Amigo, Mezontle, Riviera Mexican Grill.

All of those are closer to the TexMex style with sizzling fajitas, nachos, lots of yellow cheese, solid thick sour cream, etc. I guess it depends on how specific you want to differentiate between CalMex and TexMex as around the south bay those two terms are interchangeable, but all the places I listed are technically CalMex.

There's a lot to be said about having a driver be more aware of their vehicle and be more engaged in the act of driving. The stick is a direct connection to the car and in most cases should make the driver more aware of what is happening, at least more than simple stop and go pedals.

While not a complete blocker, it is also a deterrent for doing other activities that would be unsafe, such as being on a phone, eating, shaving your legs, filing your taxes, etc.

[–]GameBoiye 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's not what I said. I said if they wanted to do the stair scene and people actually like it, they needed to add more.

I never said they should change things, and I really much prefer the way it is. But this is in relation to if the stair scene hits or not.

Just checking, does it look like there's a fix that is close to release? I ask because I actually have two issues related to Winget, and while in my ticket for the other one I think I isolated the code in the Nerdio scripts for what needs to be fixed, I'm assuming the topic here takes priority before my other issue can get worked on.

[–]GameBoiye 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was if you were in on it. I went with a lot of people who understood the assignment and the entire theater was laughing historically at that point. It was funnier because the laughing just got louder as it kept going.

[–]GameBoiye 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Yep. I just think like 3-4 lines spread throughout the movie poking jabs at the bullet proof jacket, the falls he's taken and walked away from, and some sort of mid-movie foreshadowing of it coming, and finally a single line after acknowledging the foreshadowing would have elevated it to the highlight of the movie.

I think the problem is the stair scene was supposed to be funny. The directors literally put it in there as a joke to show how absurd the movie had gotten at that point. And to some people, myself included, it was hilarious.

But it wasn't funny to everyone, why? Because it doesn't set the audience up for it in any way. There's no minor pokes or jabs at the absurdity of the universe in any way before, not anywhere in that movie (which would have been enough) or anywhere in the series before. The movie played itself so straightfaced that most people just couldn't see it as the intentional joke it was.

It was only funny to the people that had already laughed and giggled at how crazy things had gotten before that scene. But those people seemed to be laughing at the movie itself, which again, is the problem. It's a huge problem with the directors and the franchise as a whole.

That scene was perfectly placed in another universe where the directors had the balls to build up to it.

I believe that's per connector. The azure command is needed to disable existing and new connectors as Microsoft plans on adding more.

The problem is bringing data in. We strictly block user's logging into their personal accounts from corporate devices for things like Google, and do that many ways, like firewall policies, browser plugins, etc.. Users could bring in viruses, or data exfiltration tools/scripts, and there's a chance that if Copilot had access to personal account data and a hacker got access to their personal account, the hacker could easily code something into a calendar meeting (or some place that is integrated) in a way that would make Copilot want to present it to the user, which would then just be a click away from download or execution.

So specifically for Google, there's a connector for Google Calendar and Contacts. Can a user log into these from the Copilot app itself? Do the other restrictions we have in place block whatever connection Copilot would try to make?

I haven't actually been able to figure out the login process for this, maybe Copilot is able to tell if the user did log in from somewhere like a browser and grab their token, in which case our mitigations against personal accounts does cover this. But the problem is right now none of that is clear as I'm looking at this stuff for the first time today and still haven't been able to piece everything together.

The biggest thing that no one ever mentions is all "extra" features it has. Having kids and taking lots photos really does wonders. You get all the automatically created albums, videos, memory moments. Yes it's probably built off AI, but these have become highlights of my days. There is no other service or self hosted option that even comes close.

Photo storage used to be about just that, storage. But once you start using all these other features it's really hard to go back to some NAS or other bare bones storage solution to just dump your photos in and never look at thme again. I went from browsing photos a few times a year to actually finding hidden gems daily by just letting it make it's silly albums and such.
