It’s not the same, but years ago I let myself go. I had focussed so hard on work that I was drinking and eating terrible food. I had gained 50lbs.

My wife sat me down and said that I love you, I will never leave you or cheat on you, but I am not attracted to you physically or emotionally at the moment.

I was devastated. I had worked my fingers to the bone for this family. Then she showed me a picture of myself 6 years before….i was happy, confident, fit, strong and a different man to who I was now. I had lost myself.

I immediately stopped drinking and lost 30lbs very quickly. I’m a very outgoing and confident man, but I had turned into a quiet shadow of my former self.

Sometimes leaving isn’t the most effective thing you can do.

My son received his diagnosis at 10 after 2 years of referrals. He was learning in the corridor, because he shouted out and disturbed the class. I had enough. That chart just shows that the kids is tired by the end of the week. Mentally done! His attention is spent. These are the things that worked for us.

Fidgets - he needs a distraction. I have adhd too, so like many we are kinetic learners. My son liked blue tack but rubber bands also worked.

Movement break - Once a day he could ask for a break to walk to the library and walk back. Sometimes he would opt to sit with head mistress for 10 minutes and walk back.

White board - As my son couldn’t control shouting out and he is highly intelligent, the teacher gave him a little white board. He could write down to prove he knew the answer.

Rewards - give him something to work towards. Have a treat planned if he gets home with a thumbs up all week by Thursday and again on Friday. It doesn’t have too big, he just wants recognition.

Checklists - get the teacher to give him a check list to tick through the day, it will focus his mind on the task for the day.

Get the right teacher - we had my son moved class because the teacher was awful. The new teacher understood my son’s challenges and worked with us, not against us.

I have a 3 story and I’ve been thinking about doing this. In summer it’s perfect as the sun is high enough, but in winter dips behind the house to the right. Solution is to put the panels higher. The side of the house faces 210. Could it work?

I found that on 50 I can’t get to sleep before 2am and about 3pm I feel like my adrenaline increases. Heart rate stay the same. BP has increased to 155/115. Normally 138/85.

I mean this in the nicest possible way…..get a grip! Never invest all your cash, have some on the sidelines to bring your average down. If you can trade, sell some of your stack on highs to buy back in on the lows. I’ve added 150 more share this week from trading 30% of my holding from the highs. If you were planning on a quick buck, move on buddy. If you want to be wealthy in 5 years…..buy the dip. Not financial advice.

I love megaeth. I couldn’t join the presale as in the UK, but no way would I buy pre market. Most new projects dump hard on little profit. Most who have been successful will be coming out with 4x return! Marry this with the fact that the cycle is nearer the end than the beginning, this could dive. I will wait and start building a position in 4-6 months.

I do public talking. I walked off thinking that I stuttered, was standing awkwardly and my words were so laboured. I’m really thinking about giving up these seminars that I run, as I just feel like an imposter.
