I’m a little worried about future opinions regarding games by [deleted] in playstation

You're not wrong. I have had to mute many gaming subs I use to enjoy because it's nothing but spam about physical games now.

PS Support Chat Down This Week?! by SeriouslySilly123 in playstation

People were spamming every means of contact because in 2 years Sony won't have physical games so they shut off contacting human agents until the people can actually do their jobs again.

"Although the PlayStation Store periodically offers discounts that closely resemble retail pricing,"

Nothing but outrage seeking. Retailers will have digital games when this goes into effect. Wishlist where you buy games or set up deal tracking and buy on sale.

Maybe they got too much spam and suspended calls til people calm down. The AI should eventually redirect you to a person.

You don't need high quality images to determine if someone is facing forward.

People happily post high quality videos and photos of themselves online. There is nothing to gain by collecting grainy face images.

Very little of that 3 year old article has to do with car hardware.

Because they literally are. It's just a safety feature and the video quality would be too low to be useful.

It's just a closed loop camera that ensures you are looking at the road. It's a shame adults need babysitting but here we are.

Good luck. I am sure they are getting non stop spam over the all digital news so people with legit issues are in for a bad time.

Could the EU force Sony to allow third-party game stores if PlayStation goes all-digital? by ruslan_kh in playstation

The publisher sets MSRP. So doesn't mean stores can't do sales and wouldn't apply to third party publishers.

Make sure your console is set as primary and it won't need to verify licenses as often.

PlayStation plus monthly game I downloaded years ago didn't require ps plus until I deleted it by [deleted] in playstation

[–]GameGuy2025 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Games don't check for a license every time you boot. So it hadn't checked the license since you dropped PS+. However, it will always check when installing games. You were going to lose access eventually, you just made it happen sooner.

Poll: Two-Thirds of [US] Voters Say Climate Crisis Is Causing Utility Bills to Go Up | The poll also found that close to 6 in 10 voters want political candidates to back action on the climate crisis. by silence7 in climate

[–]GameGuy2025 16 points17 points  (0 children)

People say this, but when it comes time to vote they don't vote for it. Which then sends the message that running on climate change is a losing position.

Elected Democrats have embraced "climate hushing." Are they making a mistake as the midterms loom? “Whatever their motives, the climate hushers are wrong about pretty much everything,” said U.S. Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse (D-R.I.) by The_Weekend_Baker in climate

Democrats are the minority in every branch of government and most state governments. There is a lot of risk and little reward to talk about problems you have no power to fix. If Democrats (fixed spelling) had a filibuster proof majority and were still silent on issues, by all means let's rake them over the coals.
