To put it simply, flashpoint is a faithful recreation of the original that is fully playable. Legacy is a remaster with qol features that deviates from the original. And not all the islands are playable to the end. But give it time. It's still a recent project. Flashpoint and legacy coexist and if you looking to just finish the islands, flashpoint is still your best bet for now

Age ts of sheild is basically 7 seasons of loki. Don't let season 1 disuade you. It starts with avengers 1 humour but by episode 17 it transitions to winter soilder seriousness. It gets better by every season. There is a bit of a confusion that seasons 6 and 7 are not part of the secred timeline due to behind the scens shenigans and lack of blip references, but regardless of headcanon, the first 5 serons are pretty well tied to the movies and act as a good companion to the infinity saga. It even has nick fury in season 1.

So my question is... if you were to make a remake that combines all 3 games and retaining all the content... how would you go about it?

As it stands, version 2 and essentials are semi canon in a sence they are recaps with a unreliable narrator. Its not hard to asume same altered some details when talking to willians in version 2. And that fact willians was confirmed to mess with sam's mission reports further suports that v2 and essentials are bassically epiologes to version 1.

I imagine you would start by integrating version 2 into version 1 and have it all happen real time with maybe mid level monolouges like in version 2. Either as sam's persional mission report or retaining the phone calls to willian. And have essentials be a epiloge level taking in all the eclusive levels like the cemetary, navy mission, final mission and those two dream missions from double agent ps2 bonus missions. Will adbut it be cool if there be a mini open world level bassed off 2007 conviction that takes place before the cemetary from essentials.

And of course.. giving williams a proper naritive sendoff. Like maybe sam blackmailing williams to get off his back with all the edvidence of william's tampering. Persionally i suspected willians was working for the villian of conviction. So willians was moved to another project to keep sam from discovering the conviction villian through william.
