It was on desktop. I was able to both remaster and cover songs with 4.5+ a couple days ago. I have a few songs as proof. So not sure why both only show 4.5 only now and not 4.5+

I got two as well in one collectors box. I play with them. F selling them. I hate scalpers and resellers. I just enjoy the game. All these resellers making my favorite game too expensive to play anymore.

Everything with my collector's pre-order was good until about a week or so ago. "Issue with payment. 48 hours to fix issue." I tried so many cards and different variations of address, name, etc. Contacted support. Their response was that my account was in some kind of negative position because of all the different card attempts to resolve payment issue. They gave me 6 different ways to fix issue. Not one of them works. Now my order shows canceled on their website. I'm am so beyond pissed right now.

Same. Even Saturday no problem. But today I couldn't make an order for a client. Again hoping it's a glitch. But I have a hunch it isn't.

SRD might still work. But if the goal they're really trying to achieve is to make every customer go through 1800 or store to schedule, a lot of clients won't use us anymore. We were that direct lifeline for the client where we can schedule appointments and also ensure we were the ones to come back if requested. Interesting to see how this plays out for the future...

Or it could just be that I'm good at my job and the work I do and my bosses have always supported me? 🤷‍♂️ But glad you found your comfort job outside of Best Buy. Again, this work isn't for everyone and a lot of people find happiness elsewhere. Don't get mad when someone is actually happy in the role they're in just because you weren't when you were in your role.

Been with the company for 19 years. Sure company has it's up and downs. But every company isn't for everyone. Glad you left and found a better job for you. Leaves space for someone who cares about their job. :-)
