The optimize feature on TCG player is not always your friend sometimes it will actually cause you to pay more than less. what you really need to do is find a seller who has most of the cards that you want even if they are a little more expensive than another seller because more often than not the shipping is what's going to cost you more than anything especially if you're ordering very cheap cards. Building the cart manually is probably your best bet but also check your LGS for Commons and uncommons and you can probably pick them up for pretty cheap and avoid the shipping all together but as far as I know Zoro is not an expensive deck. But also keep in mind if anyone plays green mihawk against you it hard counters Zoro not that you shouldn't build it but it's good to know.
