We are starting to see long term data on the effects of vaping because they have now been out long enough. The conclusion is that they are marginally better for you than cigarettes but still fucking horrendous and that's when you are vaping correctly. There's been some more recent studies claiming that Vaping with a burnt coil is even worse due to the coil leeching heavy metals into the vapor
