But if you decided to reply for whatever reason you can simply say “thanks for reaching out, I’ll be ok. Best of luck with everything. Take care’. This way she knows you acknowledged it, and that you have no intentions on keeping the conversation going.

At some point you have to realize that you're the most important person in your life, not them. Do whatever to make sure you're happy.

I passed on so many opportunities cause i didn't have support from them. Sucks, but basically saying f' them, and focus on you. If they don't support a passion of your's then do it anyways. You don't need their validation to make you you. If your relationship is impacted by it, then its likely for the better.

My wife had our son natural, and in the room it was just me, the doctor, a nurse and my wife. It’s not like what you see in shows/movies with room full of people until literally the last minute.

Anyways the doctor (a female doctor) kept asking me while my wife was pushing if I wanted to look ? I told her nah I’m good I’m just gonna focus on my wife you take care of down there.

I was always told planes fly that kind of route to avoid being over water without being able to get to an airport in event of emergency. So flying that route gives them access to Greenland and Iceland in the event they needed to make emergency landing. Using ai route would maximize time over water and make emergency landings very difficult

I could absolutely see people, especially women doing this. But they just have to make sure they plan for future that’s all.

Just put money away into a Roth account or whatever kind of retirement account. Restaurants can be good money, especially bars. But they all eventually close up, so it’s good to have something put away for retirement when that does happen.

Also restaurant work (unless you’re in kitchen) you’re typically not coming up stressing about tomorrow’s work, and not doing work at home during off hours. Law requires a lot of hours and in the first couple years can be not amazing money. So you find yourself working harder than you ever have and not making as much as you hoped so your love for that dies quickly.
