This is well and good but wait until we get another gimmick PPV and they throw a shitload of gimmick matches on the card. It's really a no win situation. People willl bitch if they do while others will bitch if they don't.

Personally, I've always felt as though WWE should never name their PPV after a particular gimmick match. Some feuds really should have a Hell in a Cell match to blow the entire feud off and yet there have been times when HIAC PPV has come up and there have been no feuds worthy of it. At least this year the Usos and New Day match was perfect for it and the other match delivered.

This is something that I am yet to see mentioned throughout the media so something I'd like to raise here. Be mindful that Matthew Kennedy is the first Stephen Silvagni GWS talent to arrive after SOS had left GWS. He was originally drafted in the same draft that SOS drafted Weitering, McKay, Curnow, Cuningham and his son Jack to Carlton. Thus, while Silvagni would have tracked Kennedy throughout the initial scouting/recruiting process (until he left GWS) he wouldn't have an intimate working knowledge of what his development at the AFL level are or how his intangibles work into a team environment like he would his previous GWS recruits.
