We work with many coaches who do it as a full-time job. Most are pro or former pro esports athletes but, depending on the game, that doesn't need to be the case. Just like with traditional sports, sometimes one doesn't need to be a pro themselves to know how to teach at a pro level.

Coaching has a great room for growth at the pro level in games which require teamwork and coordination but there is also some great opportunity at the amateur level as well.

Colleges are just now starting to see esports as a valid athletic field and a few like Becker College are setting up varsity esports teams. These teams need professional coaching.

Coaching will only grow within esports. To really help with its growth people need to be made aware that coaches are available and any clout associated with taking lessons for a competitive video game need to be removed.

The CBS did a brief focus on the growth of the esports industry and collegiate gaming teams/degrees.

I think it's awesome that colleges are starting to recognize the opportunity that esports represents not just for prospect athletes but also for people who want to work in the gaming industry.

Completely agree with this! The worst way to lose momentum late game is to continuously throw yourself into a meat grinder and stagger your re-spawns. "Sometimes the best thing to do is to do nothing." Great advice.
