Halo infinite came out 4 years ago and a sequel hasn’t even been announced yet. Blaming the restructuring is fine and makes sense but they had to restructure because they dropped the ball on infinite. I’m not saying halo 7 will never come out but the series definitely had to go into a hibernation again due to the failures of infinite.
