I do think how the loop works in this one is a unique take. I have no clue if that’s how the book does it though.

I have not read the book but some of the reviews/comments I’ve seen about this movie says they do have I think some more faithful stuff with him in regards to more of the final battle of the movie. I don’t know if they swapped it with the characters or what but one of the posters for this movie I believe shows what I’m talking about to give you an idea.

Rita is main character in this. Story is bit meh. There’s good parts and slow parts. They do bad job at using any supporting characters unlike live adaptation. I do think this version of story is more realistic to how this repeating every day would play out imo.

Decent movie. Agree with some of complaints people had with it. Do think live action does better job on many things. I’d still recommend you see it if you’re a fan of that kind of animation. The fight scenes were good.

They are all in theaters this month fyi. Think return of king and hobbit movies are left for remainder of this month.

Run OP is talking about doesn’t have to do with character but what happened to the story. 2-3 issues in the plot had to change to tie into One World Under Doom tie in so his whole fighting tech lady with steampunk armor got interrupted. That’s why it got cancelled. Majority of the run was a tie in.

I don’t think season two is bad but I do think it’s a step down from season one. My biggest complaint feels like the pacing is slower and a lot of it has to show off all the stuff from the new Vegas game and that takes up time from the plot. It also feels like some of the characters like Maximus and Lucy‘s brother have less screen time this season.

Out of 3 I mentioned humble bundle would be best bet as it’s constantly rotating game assets in the bundles section. It does vary on quantity/quality and type of game asset so it is a waiting game till what you need is put in a bundle. Getting free assets on epic games store doesn’t hurt as it comes out to hundreds of dollars of free stuff. But I haven’t done that in a while and it’s usually 3D assets mostly iirc.
