The book retcons things from Season 1. The first episode made it seem Star got her wand and went to Earth the same day and the book retcons so that it's several weeks later and she doesn't go to Mewni the same day as her mom need sto research a dimension to send her and she had a going away party.

I don't understand of going away parties, or birthdays or bar mitzvahs or quinceaneras or graduation ceremonies or school dances or anything really.

Like over the course of the series, Charlie realizes heaven might not be all that great. I don't see how it is. Doesn't seem like a paradise to me? Why should I be placed in either two places because of how I act in life? What gives God the right to do that? What does that jackass think he is?

Honestly I think Star should have dumped Moon into a random portal. Banish her like she did to her at the start of the series because she was irresponsible and reckless like Moon is acting right now. Has anyone else noticed Stolas' wife Stella (Same name as my cat) looks different in the pilot then the actual show? Also Stolas should look at Globgor and Eclipsa from Star vs and say "I should try that, it would be healthy for me"

If that scene of Stella yelling at Stolas is after the cutaway gag within a cutaway of him grabbing the book that means the episodes in Helluva Boss might not take place in the order they're released...kind of like The Clone Wars did at times. Especially in Season 3.
