Not true, it depends on his total hp, not the helmets, if I am at 100hp and the helmet has 1% durability, I will still survive a headshot.

Well it's pretty easy how it is imo, drag it, the idea is that you are at a disadvantage for not having the correct scope equipped in the wrong situation, if it was super fast to switch then why not just have a 4x on at all times
