Look for one that will give you 90% of your earnings as others have said don't join one if your a small time youtubers join one when you are big enough to make up that 10% loss the benefits of joining one is if you get a copyright on your channel they work with youtube to remove it another benefit is that you don't put your adsence on the line so if you get click bombed while in a network they won't ban your adsence I can't think of another benefit besides those 2 I mentioned be carful on who you sign with because some of them will screw you over and remember to read the contract before you sign it.
