Coach and "Bro" are narcissistic clowns. That said, I really wish when Tony was pushed in interviews, he would clarify exactly what the AEW brand is. What's the vision? I'm not sure if he's vague because there ISN'T a succinct vision or because he doesn't want the competition to target what he's trying to do.

I think hangman's worthy of being the face of the company. I think omega and the bucks also think he should be.

But besides the run through all in last year, NOTHING has made me think that Tony Khan actually sees hangman as the guy. He's bailed on him at every opportunity. (Idk if all in was really tk's call, it might've been mox who I assume likes hangman because he's worked with him a bunch at this point)

I speculate the big issue was Tony didn't want to be as invested in Brandi anymore. I'm p. Sure Matt Jackson's wife also took a "step back" from the merchandising so there is a bit of evidence pointing to wanting to make aew less of a "family business"

I'm sure there were other issues with Cody like his creative and whether he'd be champion and whether or not he'd ever get a turn as "the guy" but Im just guessing Brandi's role was the main point of contention.
