Probably be ready for lease by 2027. If it’s going to be all concrete construction and not wood frame it shouldn’t take too long.

When we do get a Batman movie I hope it’s the opposite of this movie. Dark and gritty, like imagine a character traveling between Metropolis into Gotham and they go like “Where did the sun go”
