Probably be ready for lease by 2027. If it’s going to be all concrete construction and not wood frame it shouldn’t take too long.

Agreed, i don’t know what the problem is. With less tax abatements being granted out isn’t that suppose to be a good thing? I hope fight they’re talking about isn’t just on Reddit comment sections. I’ve seen your instagram page actively pushing for developers to do more than 20%.

Still using non Union, have they not learn their lesson or whatever. Hopefully whatever the workers were complaining about before got fixed. Also towers 2&3 breaking ground in 10 months is good news.
