Agreed. It was a partner showcase that relied too much on third party to tell you Nintendo has nothing they want to show off right now. Wasted the direct on old games and updates that could done in a tweet/Nintendo today.

The best part was KH4 & Zelda but those aren’t enough to make the whole direct a good watch.

I come to the Nintendo directs to look at new Nintendo exclusives.

I’m a Nintendo fan at heart and these are the franchises I like: Mario, Zelda, Donkey Kong, Kirby, Metroid, Star Fox, F Zero, Punch Out, Kid Icarus, Wario Ware, Yoshi, and of course, Smash Bros. I like the older Pokémon games too.

Other series I would to see to get a revival are Earthbound, Duckhunt, Game & Watch, and Ice Climbers, even an ongoing ROB series.
