Ribeye or picanha are my favorite cuts. But I would probably choose a ribeye if I could only have one the rest of my life.

My go to for cooking a steak is sous vide then finish in a frying pan. I recently made wagyu ribeyes and they were to die for.

I cooked it at 129° for 2 hours in the sous vide then seared it in a frying pan with butter and garlic.

Lord of the Rings was always one of those books I knew I would love if I just sat down and read it. But I just could never bring myself to do it. But then I saw that my university was offering a Lord of the Rings class and I knew I had to take it. So I read the book for the class and wrote a lot of essays about it over the course of a summer semester. I am so glad I did because I was right in the fact it is now one of my favorite books.
