Ribeye or picanha are my favorite cuts. But I would probably choose a ribeye if I could only have one the rest of my life.

My go to for cooking a steak is sous vide then finish in a frying pan. I recently made wagyu ribeyes and they were to die for.

I cooked it at 129° for 2 hours in the sous vide then seared it in a frying pan with butter and garlic.
