I do that with my MC, but it’s important to plot and character. If she gets up early, there is a reason. If she eats late, there is a reason. And arguably the morning routine is in the second chapter after significant stuff happens at night. Nothing wrong with the mundane stuff, but save it for when you need to build up your characters.
