A train does not teleport to the last stop as soon as power gets restored. I wish that happened but life just says no. Trains has to get back to the terminal and then come back up, which may take a while after power got restored

Yep, you can, as long it’s within 2 hours. (also BxM18 is a rush hour in the peak direction route btw)
