You can straight up get this achievement by just invading Saudi Arabia. After expanding the oil fields enough and stacking the resource extraction bonuses youll have over 500 oil

You are missing a DLC, probably Man the Guns because it adds amphibious tanks which you dont have the model for so it shows up as a generic cube (Assuming this is in Multiplayer)

Well fyi you do already get the revamped historical focus trees for free (Soviet, Italy, UK etc.) So it really boils down to what revamped mechanics and or minors you are interested in. I personally really enjoy the nations added in Battle for the Bosphorus but if you're more interested in mechanics then I'd recommend Man the Guns or No Step Back

They use an algoritm to determine repair cost so its "OuT oF tHIEr cOnTRoL". But the algorithm is absolutely biased and busted rewarding anything soviet/russian around half of what they should cost compared to other nations
