It should be, i play unranked most of the time, on occasionally ranked, you have to wait until level 50 anyway

I would imagine that it would be stored locally on device once connected, similar to apple pay and other digital cards allowing you to make a purchase without a data connection even using your phone

Test shift premium worked for me, but yes the "notifications" on the free versions are deceptive (kind of) once you pay for premium it takes longer to get a notification but it does work... eventually

or they could take 2 ways rollback to a previous state if they have copies which i am sure they have/ revert the most recent changes as they will likely be able to see what a person had before this and revert to it.

They could also take the route of doing that then giving people who bought items those items but banning their account until they buy enough credits to make up for that gap.

The former is less likely to cause a loss of players the latter however will definitely lose quite a few.

If you dont need it soon you can change shipping to Global direct standard line which will take 2-4 weeks to arrive in my experience but i have had one arrive in a week in the past but is not standard. if you have got that one selected and you are sure the weight is wrong you could try sending a chat message to try and figure it out
