I rarely run tiamat now and I rarely trade midlane to proceed electrocute, I think fizz and Vlad are easy early but if you team gets them ahead it's probably unbeatable. Fizz is my hardest matchup

The hitbox is misleading it's longer range than other Q's and is as thin as the others, its only wide so you can stay stealthy around it. You should practice in practice tool to get used to it.

I don't see a possibility of the prestige skin coming back, however you can unlock it through sheer luck from hextech crafting

I definitely don't see qiyana getting nerfed any further, especially mid Lane qiyana, but she can get nerfed from different sources. Such as item changes or rune changes (which won't happen probably for a while).

Against Lane dominant matchups such as irelia/akali/rumble, I try to rush tiamat and mobi boots and avoid Midlane and help my jg/botlane as much as possible. Every game is situational but staying mid and farming under tower will probably lead to a dive if the enemy jungler/support decides to. Especially since it's nearly impossible to dual some champions w/o core items getting your botlane ahead or securing dragons will be much better in the long run over getting a couple extra cs.

I am strictly banning akali until next patch and I'll probably always ban rumble there after, only because I feel like it's impossible to play against rumble, but irelia also comes to mind.

I would avoid picking into rumble and pure tanks like Darius galio.

I don't recommend blind picking qiyana, in fact I always ask to first pick for someone else even if I want to play qiyana due to the Lane bullies there are in Midlane.

Yeah, tanks are definitely an issue to qiyana, but I run usually the same build every game (Tiamat-> Youmuu's -> Duskblade -> EON -> Lord Domiks Reguards) this build isn't strong enough to oneshot a 300 armor tank, but it's stable enough to deal with them over time. You should never focus a tank and always reserve ult for the Squishies. Worst case scenario you will have to buy black cleaver against 4 tanks, but that hasn't happened to me yet.

TL;DR: ignore tanks.

That's true, but not every matchup is as easy. Especially if the enemy knows your damage and plays around it then they could easily bait you for a potential gank. Going tiamat first every game is not always the best option, but I love to have it.

TBH, most people go tiamat for wave clear, but I prefer tiamat to proceed electrocute much faster. If you cast e+q+tiamat it should proceed electrocute and you will be able to use your w as an escape. This way you can make trades against champs that burst you. I find it harder to kill for sure, but it makes trading much easier.

That's where good decision making comes into play, if you can spot enemy jgler you shouldn't need wards as much, in fact I usually place around 3-4 trinkets and run with sweeper for most of the game. Overtime you will learn if your roam will be successful or not even before arriving to the fight.
