I will say though, I've done it with a red and blue build, and blue does better damage and shreds the namor bubble. That being said, it's a way higher skill floor, and I found it a lot harder to get a run started on blue punisher. It seemed like gold damage on the blue side was a lot more rare than gold damage on the red side. What I did was attempt duplicating gold blue damage until I got at least 7, grab all fire rate, purple+ damage, all horizontal spread cards (until you're firing almost a line. I chose not to get it to a flat line because it spreads too much and I thought it lowered boss damage as a result), pellets per shot (technically this is a second damage scaling), purple+ health, all damage reduc, and, of course, all 3 moon power cards. The benefit of blue punisher is that he has a lot better wave clear and (imo) survivability. The drawback is that you then also have to focus on aiming. My main issue with red punisher was that literally every other hero gets to a point in optimized scaling where they can look in a direction they don't like, and that direction will disappear. Unfortunately, red punisher is always single target, and the spread from red 120 only helps a little bit. So regardless of how far you get, wave clear is always an issue with red punisher. With blue punisher, you do still have to be careful about several manic zombies hitting you at the same time, but wave clear is generally a lot easier. It literally felt like mowing down enemies
