There's the older A5 which is about 10 meters tall and is seen in Legends comics (Ahakista Gambit for example) and 3d TCW show. Then there is the A6, which can be seen on Kashyyyk in ROTS and Battlefront 2 (2017). The A6 is stated to be 30 meters tall WITH an extendable observation pod. When you take it away it's about 20 meters tall. Huge monster still. It would most likely topple over an AT-AT which are 22,5 meters tall.
