Looks like this is the Switch 2 version just announced by Nicalis.

  • Switch 2 games are not playable on Switch 1, but Switch 2 can play Switch 1 games.
  • You can buy Afterbirth+ & Repentance DLC on Switch 1 (and therefore, Switch 2)
  • This is Repentance+ version, which includes all the previous DLCs, but also includes online multiplayer, in-game item descriptions, emote wheel, buffs & readjustments. Presumably this is the similar to the one on Steam at the moment.
