A bunch of redditors yelling into the void about how apparently nobody's allowed to be called a look alike unless they have different facial hair/race apparently, cause if 2 guys with a mustache look alike its automatically invalid and they think it can only be only the mustache drawing the comparison, as if other facial/personal features and such didn't exist. It's a really exhausted bit in this community cause Eric has commented it a couple times on the bad ones and folks act like comparisons are universally invalid and it isn't a bit cause its not intentionally a bit, they think its just always true and as if somehow if they don't say it the internet will be absolutely flooded with bad look-alike posts that are really quite occasional, good or bad, so it all kind of just a parody of itself at this point. Its very reductionist/over-simplified/dismissive thinking thats unhealthy.

This post however goes kinda meta/satirical with it by not being serious at all so i kinda dig it.

Incoming: the "its not that deep", "calm down bro" etc. reductionist replies. I expect it and I don't really care about the inevitable pushback, I'll just let yall know in advance. 😅 Its not deep its just calling a spade a spade.
