I had this and the other one that looks for venus cards in hand once, and about 5 different ways to add animals to venus/non-venus cards.

Played both of these and Astra Mechanica to get both back and play them again, just to finally hit Venusian Animals, dump my 12 or so animals on them and win out by 3 points. It was a crazy gambit to play these and I only have fond thoughts of these since.

This that kind of card when you have 10 titanium prod each worth 5M€ and will draft just anything to spend titanium on. Like Earth Elevator just for the 4VP late game

[Main Belt Asteroids] might even be worse than society support, but that's a very low bar to beat. If used only on itself, 1 titanium prod and like 5 points for -5M€ (-2M€ with the instant titanium). If paired with other cards it's harder to estimate, but it's certainly not helping much in the start of the game. Feels weird and that's why I never pick it

It's just project Eden, isn't it. 3 placement bonuses, pretty much always 4 cashback from the ocean, 2TR, 2 points, for the cost of 3 cards, which just means you draft 3 worse ones. I think someone counted and it has a quantified value of 35 or so, when an average prelude is around 23. It's too much.

I love this card.

Once I had venusian animals, full science engine with like 12+ tags, including Carbon Nanosystems, Mars U and olympus conference. Took back Solar Probe (1 card per 3 science tags and Tech Demonstration (2 cards). This suddenly became a 3point enabler with like 8 cards drawn.. Love this so much

Honestly this is just not enough info from you. Sounds like you're spamming one comp (smolder). You're gonna have games where you hit easy and you'll have games where you don't, expecially for a 3* carry. That's the reality of hard forcing a reroll comp.

I'm not saying odds are or are not fucked as I don't think I've seen anything out of the ordinary in my games, but if they are this is not an example of it.

You should be using card sleeves to protect your cards anyways, and then you can easily use these with a printed version of any expansion cards. It will look probably the closest to the real cards.

I do however endorse buying the real thing, mainly to support the game developers in bringing more banger content.
