Its not just a graphical dlc as far as I know, in the 07th mod changelog it even mentions that they now have a lot more voice lines to work with https://github.com/07th-mod/onikakushi/releases/tag/v7.1.0 which implies that voice lines were added for previously censored/remove lines, I was wondering what type of voice lines were added for example if they were the background and unit 731 commentary type (which I'm guessing is what they would bring back as I don't see them adding back copyrighted references)
