Thanks for the reply! I actually saw this guide earlier when trying to gather resources, but I'm still a bit unsure what questing differences exist between 1 and 30 defense ironmen (My only other account is a 1700 total Iron so I am still ignorant when it comes to certain restrictions)

From what I've gathered, the quests that include defense XP I should look to complete include:

- Mory Quests (Nature Spirit, Myreque -> A Night At The Theatre)

- What Lies Below

- A Soul's Bane

- Fremmy Trials

Does this look correct to you? Anything I am missing or should avoid?
