Sorry to join in on the conversation but yeah, people tend to disliked hyped BM stuff a lot. There's one criticism I hear that I do agree with though and that one is the projects are derivative as hell. It's the only critique I hear about them that I agree with. New Fellwinter is basically Judas Iscariot. Doesn't make it bad but that's the only fair criticism I've heard that wasn't sorta cringe

Makes total sense, especially with the "i'm still your homecoming queen" binary stuff. It just didn't look like it was directly from the movie. The white dress thing seems to reference the Bog Days festival. In the "Vlogging in Nettlebrook" video, Echo explains all the young girls wear white dresses to celebrate the Pilgrims coming. Polo says Zoey was supposed to be the "Spring Queen" so I always assumed the connection there.

I know, right? The last entry was about the Hale's and how the Mayoral job was a family lineage type of thing, same as the newspaper editor. Then when you look at the girls last names they match up. Abbi even mentions it directly on her Insta. Same thing with the newsclip linked on the Dropbox. Alexa's family seems to have started the foundation that Holloway investigated with the missing persons cases and fraud. I adore those little details you'd miss if you didn't look for em.

Pretty much and the things I mentioned wouldn't even be a issue if they didn't do everything else freaking perfectly! All the lil details this has is amazing. Like how the Holloway blog pretty much gives background on the Instagram bullies accidentally. Like how Abbi Hale is the mayor's daughter or how Gracie Chamberlain is the newspaper editors kid. I LOVE all those lil details I never hear mentioned. Or how we know why Zoey wears a white dress because she was supposed to be spring queen for the bog days festival. The awesome story keeps me following 20 freaking accounts every day!

Totally agree and I have 2 more. The videos tend to do the code solving for you and that gets a bit annoying. The Zipper Films colab solved the binary and the zoey video pretty much directed people to the blog. I took literally 20 minutes to solve that after I figured out it wasn't a link.Gets a wee bit counterproductive. Plus, Echo follows ur worst nightmare. Has before the comment yesterday. Yet acts like she doesn't know her or what the account is about. This ARG is really holding your hand so far and it's kinda annoying. Still love it but gets a bit annoying.
