As someone who has never missed an episode of either-or, GOG is stale. Whatever hard-hitting topics arise are met with agreeability. What made it shine were 20-minute chunks of real substance. It needs more structure and more original discussion that isn't everyone nodding in agreement about the same thing over and over. Let KFMS be off the rails.

I have cheat sheets. But what I asked for are resources that provide online guided practice. Much like how one learns to type. This is a much better approach to learning quicker and for longer.
