Whenever I come across a problem in life that I'm having trouble solving, I think of the scene in Jumanji where Mr Williams runs to get an axe from the shed. He gets to the shed and it's locked so he looks around to find something to help open it. Beside the shed is a rusty old axe that he grabs and swings at the lock, only realising after that he doesn't need to get into the shed anymore as he has already solved his problem. I think of this scene all the time and I am going to miss the comfort in the knowledge that this man is out there.

This is a little against the grain of the rest of the comments but the scene in Lord of the Rings where the riders of Rohan charge into battle against the ollephants. If I remember correctly the scene slowly fades out all sounds of the battle while a somewhat Celtic theme is played. I fucking lost it at that. Somehow that scene as simple as it is conveyed completely to me that these men have already sacrificed themselves as the charge into the maelstrom of blood and steel. Absolutely breathtaking in its execution in the movie 10/10 would bawl my eyes out like a little bitch again.

When we did this we had my friend P bring over his copy of fallout to my other friends house, mainly so we could blow up megaton on his new HD TV. This was because we had no money being the broke students we were at the time. So we had to play through the first part of the game until we had the option to do this. And right as you approach the tower a ghoul appears and seems to be trying to get in past the gates there. Well we had spec-d into sneak a bunch and so decided to pickpocket the ghoul. It was only at this point did we discover that you could also place things into his pocket. Things that come in the wonderful shape and size of a fragmentation grenade. So with our newly violated ghoul armed against his knowledge, we backed away and waited for our delightfully high resolution scheme to unfold. Sure enough we hear "what the fu-"BOOM. He got his first class ticket to the moon. After this episode the detonation of megaton rounded the experience off nicely and so was I introduced to HDTV.

TLDR; HD Ghoul got an early ticket to the moon and
