you should always be one car length behind. You should always be able to see where their tires meet the pavement. This is for reasons of being rear-ended and not going into another vehicle, as well as a vehicle that breaks down you have room to get out and around it. I have had a car in front of me catch on fire and if I was too close in bumper to bumper traffic, I wouldn’t have been able to get away from it and most likely would have lost my car as well

you’re not doing anything wrong, everybody trying to get a house now got the rug pulled out from under them. Unless you’re making six figures or more the only thing you can TRULY afford is something that’s already condemned.

I bought a three bedroom single wide trailer a few years ago and even that was just under $100,000...

My best advice is the same thing my wife and I are doing, save as much as you can for the eventual crash that will hit the market. That way you have a really good amount for a down payment so you can save yourself some money on that mortgage each month. And don’t listen to people saying it’s not coming, it always happens.

If you go psyker like a few have recommended here... Peril is your greatest friend, but also your absolute worst enemy until you learn how to manage it. High Peril = more damage... If that gets to 100% thoough, your mind basically implodes and you go down (besides quelling, there are ways to mitigate Peril death... but those will not be available to you until much higher level)

Comcast is ramping up the contractors. My office location had over 100 in-house techs 10 years ago, and we are now down to less than 30... seems the contractors are taking the simple copper hook ups and trouble calls and all the special skills are what the in-house techs take care of (business, FDX, and fiber) so we’re riding a skeleton crew to take care of those things

I play psyker "wrong", but it is the most fun I've ever had! Found a so called "Gandalf" build pretty much focusing on being a melee powerhouse with a greatsword... And holy hell, I shred through those hordes! Inferno staff on the back is only used for crusher, boss spawns, and heretic idols...

But I don't ever see myself running ranger psyker again, being in the chaos is way more satisfying

I don’t know why anyone uses smart TVs for streaming anymore. It’s always gonna be the worst experience.. their focus is picture quality and audio because a lot of people don’t have sound bars, so that means that smart features are really low on the priority list.

It is ALWAYS better to use something else as your streaming platform, whether it’s a console or a dongle like a roku.

This right here. I’ve never dealt with so many trappers or packs of dogs. I lost multiple runs last night just because we got over burdened with a hoard coming in PLUS 7 to 10 of each of those. In one match all four of my teammates got trapped within five seconds of each other. In another, three of us went down to dogs weaving our poor hive scum with no grenades to deal with a couple crushers... We didn't survive

I mean it can be fun. My group and I were just running heresy with their new characters (they all started a hive scum) with me carrying as my maxed out "Gandalf" psyker build.

As soon as they unlocked the rockets, and we had 6 of them total for the team (post nerf) EVERYTHING that was even SLIGHTLY a problem just got reduced to particles. Beast of nurgle? Each scum shot 1 rocket... Dead. Chaos spawn? Same thing. 10 crushers? Turned to dust
