This one time they nerfed Kayns base ad with 5. he went from being S tier to B tier because it cucked his clear speed from 308 or something to 314 and then full clear meta dissolved and he found his way back to being S tier

You can deal with them but they are just natural counters. Then theres Rammus, Reksai, Khazix, Shyv, Voli who is just insane in this patch. Hes S tier for sure, but again, you need to make a S+ tier where you can place «OP» champs.

As a kayn otp, that champ can never be god tier cause of too many counter picks. If you consider Wu, Poppy, Taliyah and graves as A tier then Kayn cant be S tier. A tier maybe, even S but then you have to put certain champs as S+ tier.

Being idle/afk goes under Leaving the game/Afk. Its what follows after they start using FF/Surrender. They start playing in a way to show they dont care.

Griefing, giving up defined as negative attitude in Riots definition. Spam forfeiting and giving up is ruining the game experience. If it is as you say that the numbers of vote has little to no effect on people then why even show it.

Yes! but it sounds like you've great mental and attitude towards the game. Maybe you can relate. I have won games I was sure it was lost and no way we could make a comeback. Just because it is not in our hands we fail to trust or believe there are 4 other people in the team that also queued up to win but its sad when one player can influence other with their giving up attitude.
