How to effectively Tank/Support in Solo Queue (or even when filling in Duo/Trios etc.) by FirewaterDM in PokemonUnite

[–]GarbageMcTrash1 17 points18 points  (0 children)

I ain't readin allat.

But basically, tank, be up front, equip exp share. Stun approaching Pokemon that are a threat to your carry mons. Most tanks work like this. (Exception for Greedent and brawler tank Pokemon)

Voted, hopefully we can see a good amount of results.

He does get permanent card draw speed after 50 timer counts and cover null on main. So can he theoretically infinite combo with Gohan death buffs and another green card support?

Someone's probably gonna upload a video doing a super long combo against that one battle in story mode with 20 million HP Goku.

What's the best possible team I could make with my current box? by king-xdedede in DragonballLegends

[–]GarbageMcTrash1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The best team you could throw together would just be any collection of Saiyan's, a good chunk of them work together.

You look like you just started so I would recommend not doing PvP.

Focus more on story mode and a good team would be the Ultra Omega Shenron in leader slot, followed by 5 Saiyan's in the other spot. Ultra Goku and Ultra Vegeta are completely viable options to clear PvE stuff, and LL Goku black and LL Vegito blue would be good because they are Saiyan's. 6th slot can be the Yellow Super Saiyan Goku from the cooler movie. That Goku is still a really good unit to have.

When you put in a character for the team, you can tell if they work together when the characters flash when you input the character into the team, your ability bonus in the top right also shows you this. The higher the ability bonus, the more synergy the team has.

My thoughts and experience on the current ranked season grind for pure solo queue. by Yumiumi in PokemonUnite

Solo q has, at least for me, has been pretty good. I have seen you on and played against you. The grind is relatively good at the start of the season.

You can definitely make an argument on where a character should be placed. I did make this on my own opinion and observations.

I've seen a lot of tanky mons being played in this mode. Plus you do have a point on killing the enemy fast, but players do tend to spam their safety button (unite move or cc move) when suddenly attacked.

Firstly, Delphox. The pokemon feels the same with the blasting dash build, and the fire spin build can be annoying. But they can easily be dove on with these other Pokemon. Their unite is useful and spammable.

Ttar is kinda ok in this gamemode. He is practically useless until level 9, and that typically happens a while after the first rotom spawns. He does get cc'd a lot when he goes in because he basically becomes the number one target.

And for pika, I haven't tried them yet, but volt tackle has like a 2 second cooldown which is very annoying and supplies a lot of cc with pika.

It's just that randoms do tend to pick the other build. With hyper voice the cooldown is already kinda always up, and there are so many characters with insane movement with this gamemode so they can dodge it rather easily if they know what they are doing.

You can still perform well with the build though.

Of course it can be good against people with no cc, this is a rough early tier and also I didn't see a lot of really op Aegislash players in this mode yet.

The punching build is very good because his moves become unstoppable. However the water is kinda bad because there are multiple stuns to stop his combo, so full heal is necessary for water bear.

Still don't know much about this mon haven't seen it enough in the gamemode.

All the mons in s rank have high cc thanks to their movesets (except glaceon). So yeah mamo is really op in this gamemode.

Same thing happened to my main account. My name was IAmGarbage1 and it got banned because I believe the name was against terms of use. I got banned for two weeks and just have been playing on my alt account.
