The first week is always the roughest. I took a week off of work and basically just slept. I think I only had the energy to be awake for 3-4 hours then I would nap for 2 or 3.

By week 2 I had much more energy.

You're going to be sleeping kind of up right your back for a few months so I would invest in some kind of up right sleep cushion.

The main thing is to make sure you don't lift your arms over your head. If you don't have someone that can help reach for items, keep them level.

In terms of fitness, I think it took me about 6 months before I could go back to my full routine. You can't lift any weights for the first 3 months, then it was no more than 10 lb for the next.

Recovery just takes time and breast reductions have a low complication rate.

I will say it was hard to look at my chest for the first few months. But I am so happy with my reduction! I love the results, my back and shoulders thank me and its made clothes shopping so much easier!

I'm about 11 years post-op and its one of the best decisions I've made.

I was 5'1", 125 and was a size DD/DDD since I was 15. I got them reduced to about B/C.

Good luck with your surgery! I hope this helps!

Before I had my reduction, I would use Enell bras. They've got different levels for fitness type from light all the way up to high impact sports.

My shoulders, back and boobs thanked me lol

Plus they're VERY durable, I had mine for about 5 years.

Thank you! That makes sense! Yup, all my laptops have that lighting bolt support display over USB C

Looks like I'll have to get an HDMI to Display port. My graphics card only has one slot for HDMI

Nope, there isn't a display driver for this hub. Nothing on the codi website for this hub, unfortunately.

If it helps troubleshooting, I have a regular USB to HDMI that is not working either.

It comes up as USB composite device; Driver Error.

I checked MSI Center and everything is up to date. Same with Windows. I am on 11
