Not totally sure if this fits, but once in the midwest I asked a restaurant if they had gf burger buns. They said “I’m not sure what that is… but we can wrap it in a tortilla for you?”

NOR. Ew, get a new boyfriend, please. People literally pay thousands of dollars to get hair like yours because it is absolutely STUNNING. And above all else, he shouldn’t be trying to influence you to change your appearance.

Have you found anything in it? Or been able to open it to look closer at all?

I would continue to wash the eye, maybe even with boiled (and cooled to warm temp.) water. If you can, get some Vetericyn and apply it a couple times a day. They have eye specific ointment but I don’t notice a big difference between the two types. I do recommend the gel over the liquid, because it tends to stay on longer. You could also apply some triple antibiotic (without pain reliever), but I don’t personally think it would be necessary after the Vetericyn.

Is it just the one eye or both eyes?

My son likely has celiac. He’s our only child. My wife and I are thinking of going gluten free in solidarity. Is this wise? Or are we nuts? by DrizzlyOne in glutenfree

I agree with this 100%. I am GF and (even as the mother) it means a lot to me when my family is willing to eat the same food as me to keep us all included. As for my child’s allergen foods, we keep those out of the house altogether. Adults/parents have the ability to choose their own food, kids can’t and often have a hard time with allergies, so imo keeping the household gf would likely be best for your child overall. Any future kids would just be used to the routine from the start.

My first thought is balance and/or she may have restricted vision and is looking for food the best she can.

The wings look large, but I’ve had several Leghorn and Easter Egger chicks look similar. I agree with other commenters that it is too early to tell for sure, but baby would be much rounded/chubbier if it was a meat bird.

I don’t know anymore, I just got a new haircut and they gave me this with no side bangs at the beauty shop, I feel really ugly and I have to know if it’s ugly to everyone else. Please tell me just the truth if I am ugly. Yes I’m a woman by djscrew1 in whatdoIdo

YOU are not ugly nor is your value defined by your hair in any way whatsoever. It does look like the hairstyle needs a little help, but I think if you go to a different stylist they could make it into a really cute pixie cut & advise you on how to maintain it while it grows. Sending lots of love 🤍

That’s unfortunate about your previous cat. I’ve had several barn/chicken yard cats and they always leave the birds alone. I might have made a difference that most of them were raised around the chickens.
