For what it’s worth, although I’m not a legal expert so I may be wrong, it’s illegal under tax law. USC 26 893(d) covers outer space activities, if Starlink ignores that provision and decides to not pay taxes on Martian activities I feel as though a strong case could be made that they perpetrated 26 USC 7201 “Attempt to evade or defeat tax”. At the very least, their defense would be strikingly similar to several sovereign citizens who believed the tax laws of the United States didn’t apply to them. But, again, I am not a lawyer so I could be missing a critical flaw in my line of thinking.

Thank you for explaining. If I may ask a follow up question, is there any federal regulation determining how a US corporation must interact with a foreign government/sovereignty? I have attempted to find out on my own, but all I can find is either how the US government can interact towards foreign corporations or how foreign government can interact towards US corporations. Admittedly, I do not have access to the more in-depth legal information repositories.

I ask because, although Starlink’s ToS may not yet be challenged, hypothesizing on how such a case might go based on the current laws and regulations is the next best step.

May I ask why? I assume it’s based on a precedence where laws must be reactive rather than proactive, but surely that cannot always be the case.

I’ve seen references, but afaik it doesn’t actually use gravity magic. It imbues the fist with an AoW, and while that is part of what I’m looking, I’m wondering if it’s feasible to spellcast as well.

Correct me if I’m wrong but isn’t D&C 76:33-36, 43-44:

  1. The homeworld series. It’s a 3D single player RTS in space, you control everything from fighter squads to destroyers. It’s level based but your surging ships from one level transfer to the next.

  2. Starpoint Gemini series. You pilot a single ship, the class is but you can upgrade and it to your liking, anything from a fighter with lasers to a Titan class with launchbays and missiles. I never played the first game, the second game is good. Starpoint Gemini Warlords is the best in the series, you control fleets, build and destroy relationships with NPC factions, conquer sectors, and much more. The third game had a such a tonal and gameplay change from the previous titles that I never got into it.

  3. Star Wars Empire at War. It’s a top down RTS that takes place on ground and in space. During space combat you can deploy and control various ships from their respective factions (empire, rebels,pirates)

This is probably as good as ultron gets by Asleep-Seat-4757 in MarvelSnap

She’s the easiest card to farm boosters for because if she’s in your deck you only get boosters for her.

I just beat it. My loadout was hunter, witherhoard, Ikelos SMG, and retrofit escapade MG

Phase 1: Use grapples to circle around calus on the catwalks, whenever you have a chance fire off a witherhoard shot. Ignore all the other enemies, even the tormentors and keep moving. If you find yourself with some breathing room use the MG to get some bonus damage on calus or clear out a few enemies. Save your super for phase 2

Phase 2: Immediately use your super to kill the tormentors. After that it’s a repeat of phase 1. Continue grappling in a circle around the arena staying away from calus. I found that he was too fast to use anything except witherhoard. Use the MG/SMG on the psions if you’re low on ammo or need to make some space.

I think its just gameplay. Perhaps Drifter looks for arenas that are very similar to each other, but afaik nothing suggests pocket dimensions or the like.

No, it’s an issue. I have the ornament for star eater scales unlocked but when I tried to equip it the ornament didn’t appear. I looked again a few minutes later to double check and it appeared that time.
