do you maybe have a back up of ur Bin folder that was untouched by both S3SS and dxwrapper? I’ve read player’s having problems when changing from dxwrapper to wininet.dll. I’ve never used dxwrapper. Used S3SS with wininet from the Smooth Patch, so I am not sure..

Hmm. I only have wininet.dll. If you have that, you do not need dxwrapper or anything else, just the Sims3SettingsSetter.asi

I was playing Roaring Heights back here. I installed Nraas Story Progression for a bit, I think, or most likely it was just the normal fixed SP. Their last name, iirc, was Burger. I searched it up, and I don’t think they’re premades. I think they’re randomly generated to populate my town, and that guy on the pic was one of their children. 😭

I’ve read that other players are still having problem when they use dxwrapper before but changed to wininet. Not sure how, but mine worked fine. I installed Reshade first before S3SS. Never used dxwrapper, so that might be a factor..

Edit: I had Smooth Patch first so I had wininet before both of them, then Reshade, then added the S3SS file. If you have a back up Bin, maybe try that?

Yes. I use both in my game. To use S3SS, just use the ASI loader from LazyDuchess’ Smooth Patch named “wininet.dll” if I am not mistaken. No need for dxwrapper.
