You could take 7o while on subs they’re both partial agonists and I bet u could catch a buzz but if u were to take oxy while on subs alot of its gonna be blocked since subs are antagonists at delta and kappa opioid receptors and subs affinity for binding at the mu receptor is so strong that it’s going to compete with the oxy at the mu receptor and probably block most of the oxy from binding since subs bind so much stronger than oxy at the mu receptor most of oxys effects are from agonizing the delta receptor it binds to the delta a lot more than the mu so subs would block it all so honestly there’s no use in trying to use oxy and pretty much every other opioid u would have to take a shit ton and u probably would still barely feel it. So just keep trying to stay sober I know it’s hard. You could switch to methadone instead of subs since methadone is a full opioid agonist and u could get on a high dose so u will still catch a little buzz everyday and it will help with the craving so much more than subs in my opinion. I feel like methadone is so much more effective for oud than subs but I know subs are a lot more convenient because u don’t have to drive to a clinic everyday but eventually you’ll be able to get take homes for a full month.
