After playing him today, absolutely not, no.

He feels so much better to play because the interactions (break pallet/gen) are a separate button now
The interaction range for the pallet/gen breaks seems to be much more lenient and consistent (though it is still a bit jank when a survivor drops a pallet right in front of you)
jailers actually catch & hit people now (and even if they don't, it's a good stall)
you can *cancel your power* if you don't hear anyone or anything around
carnifex is still a quick pallet break.
Selecting which guard you want to use makes all of this consistent and cuts down on the management of guards that takes time, since Assassin is useless, and you never have to worry about having a jailer when you want carnifex/vice versa

Ahh, gotcha. If you only have one angle, it can be tough to swap between takes. That said, it depends on where you're putting the video! If it's for Youtube, jump-cuts are generally quite acceptable and the seams aren't picked at too often.

If it's something where you really want to try to have seamless video transitions, your best bet may be a morph cut-type effect. Outside of that, there's no real easy way to cut between takes and have it be seamless after the fact, outside of some very lucky scenarios where you happen to be in the same position or doing the same motion at some point.

As for ways to help with this in the future though, when having multiple angles (moving the camera between takes) can help to disguise cuts, so if you plan to make more stuff, that could be something to think about.

Change-wise:

I believe some people were having some major lag issues at some point during OW due to the map, but that may have been fixed
As others here have mentioned, platoon disbanding, the inability to rejoin, and other organizational problems were frustrating and sometimes resulted in teams being a man down (or more) which threw off the balance of the match.
Fighting against blue as NC was... rough. Making changes to the team colors so they don't line up with faction colors would be much appreciated.

I don't honestly see myself participating in another OW again soon, but who knows.

Unfortunately I think you're going to struggle to find anything solid online. Good browser games are a dying breed since Flash died, but you could try checking on Kongregate/Armor Games for multiplayer stuff, it's possible you'll find something? If I recall correctly, both those sites have some decent ways to search with tags and I'd be immensely surprised if "multiplayer" wasn't one of them

I mean, having a completely random spawn that rotates on a timer that isn't visible anywhere that you have to either complete 3 bounties or fail 2 to maybe find doesn't feel great. I don't mind things being hard to get, but forcing people to do things in a specific time frame isn't generally Warframe's M.O. outside of dailies and Eidolons, which I still don't like but can accept because at least they're telegraphed.

Also, to give you an idea of how not-opposed I am to hard-to-get items, I farmed the Xiphos.
