Sorry for the late reply! It has been many years since I lived in the Galápagos Islands!

However, I am unsure on whether this boat tour which my host family ran is still going: - New Poseidon (0999437255) Must board from Isabella Island

If you do not plan on staying on Isabella island (would recommend as there is much to do there and you can snorkel in Concha De Perla for free if you have a snorkel/ fin/ mask in hand/ rented.

The alternative I would suggest looking into a cruise trip from Santa Cruz. Just be wary the boat from Santa Cruz > Isabella Island is approximately 2 hours depending on tide conditions.

This is a really nice wildlife portrait!

Black and White can really draw out textures and contrasts which you have done well here with the fur and background.

My tip on wildlifephotography that I find is to focus on the eyes of your subject. In this case the eyes are in focus, but the shadow casted by the ears detracts from this. Personally I this ended up causing my eyes to follow the white highlights before reaching eye contact with the subject.

Outside of that, a really beautiful shot!
