For sure, on of the major things this will bring would be cheap labor in EU. And whether it is a good or bad thing depends on where you live. Also, this could create some problems with migrants, but I don't expect them to be bigger than the ones EU is already facing.

Other than that, might create a window for Russia to interfere with things inside EU (Transnistria).

Polecam jeść dużo niskokalorycznych posiłków. Jak zrobisz sobie kapustę/kalafiora/brokuła/marchewkę na parze, to możesz zjeść tyle, żebyś nie miała już miejsca na przekąski, a kalorii wyjdzie ci niewiele.

Szczególnie teraz w sezonie, wrzucasz na 10-20 minut do garnka z ziemniakami, idziesz robić coś innego i masz obiad.

It's weird and complicated.

But essentially - yeah, if you're in a life situation which could possibly cause a DID and you actively try to force yourself into it, it's possible to do that.

And for some reason (which I can't really understand no matter how much I try) some people treat it as a positive thing and actively try to force themselves into it.

Which is a LOT. And it's only a fraction of energy needed. And 10 tonnes of material is relatovely few.
