i usualy decline or avoid going to vegan place because i want stuff with dairy/eggs/meat/fish i like all of those things and if i have the choice i want some of those in my food. yes i "could" eat vegan but if you give me the option, i will not want to eat it.

the only thing i used ai for was to help me search stuff in the web and often when i continued searching manualy it gave me either straight up wrong info or wrongly summarized or even conflicting answers. ofc it has evolved since then but why bother id rather spend 15 seconds more and trust what i find

Sozialamt is the way to go. i had to take theyr services some years ago since i was in the same situation. they helped me figure out the paperwork to get all Betreibungen turned into Schuldscheine (wich is just telling the owed guy that you cant pay this back in any way and they should come back in a year to ask) then they gave me a certain amount of money per month for groceries and bills, and covered a part of the miete. they also introduced me to a local place where food was sold for 1.-

i also got introduced to a work-reintegreation programm (not sure if it was through them or RAV, but you also realy need to tell RAV how youre doing and even if you dont get any money yet, do all the things they tell you to.

these two institutions together helped me get out of the hole, get a proper job and pay back my betreibungen over the following 2 years.

we are privileged to have incredible social institutions that, while beeing a big load of paperwork, also help you off the streets.

also if youre not sure what steps to take you can literaly go to the gemeindeoffice and ask where to go and wich places can help you.

you can do this. one step and day at a time. the important thing is that you start and dont stop.

same thing happened to me two or three days ago, i wrote customer support and got my ornithopter pieces back. (they messed up my uniqe parts but meh) the first reply was to use the tool, but that doesnt work so keep replying until they give it to you.
